MSPT

Stu is a teacher, a physical therapist, and a human movement junkie. He graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Exercise Sport Science, emphasis on Sports Medicine, and Human Anatomy and Neurobiology. He went on to earn his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO. Stu has consulted for USA Triathlon, was the lead PT for the Colorado Ballet, and has gained a respectful reputation as a running and cycling expert. He was formerly an affiliate faculty member for Regis University.

He has submerged himself in learning more about Movement Science and Human Motivation. Stu has presented on many topics including injury prevention, functional ergonomics, exercise is medicine, functional medicine, and numerous sports injury and performance.

Stuart began his PT career on the Big Island of Hawaii where he worked with all levels of athletes and orthopedic patients. Stuart owned and operated Champion Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy and was also co-owner of Panther Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Colorado. He now owns and operates Elevate PT and Coaching. Stu currently lives in Colorado and continues to treat many people of all activity levels. Stu enjoys being active outside with running, biking, hiking and snowboarding as well as playing on sports teams such as ice hockey and soccer. His favorite thing to do is be with his amazing wife and their two awesome young children.
